How to choose a 135x190 mattress if two people sleep on it
On a shared 135 mattress, the important thing is that it works well for both people. Review these points in this order.
Each person's weight
All models, except the XL Mattress, are guaranteed for up to 95 kg per person. If one of the two exceeds 95 kg, the recommended model is the XL Mattress: firm support and a reinforced structure so that it does not sink or deform over time.
Firmness according to how you sleep
If you sleep on your back or stomach, a firm support will suit you better, such as the Original Hybrid or the VisCool. If you sleep on your side, look for a medium or medium-firm support, such as the Nature or the Altus.
If one of the two gets hot
The VisCool is the coolest in the range: its PCM fabric absorbs excess body heat and releases it when the temperature drops. The Altus follows, with a linen outer fabric that absorbs moisture and naturally regulates the temperature.
Bed independence
In the pocket spring models, each spring works separately. Thus, one person's movements barely reach the other side, something that is appreciated if one person moves a lot or gets up earlier. The Original Hybrid also adds a layer of memory foam that relieves pressure on the shoulders and hips.
135x190 or 150x190 mattress: which one do you need
The 150x190 is 15 cm wider with the same length, and it is noticeable if two people sleep on it. If the bedroom is small or the base is already 135, the 135x190 is your size.
