MORFEO PRODUCT WARRANTY

You get a 10-year warranty because we know our mattress will last even longer! To make sure you don't have to worry about a thing, here's what our warranty covers.


Our range of mattresses is designed to be used on bases (like upholstered, storage bed, adjustable, slatted frame, or even the floor…) that can support the weight of both the mattress and the person/people enjoying it. Basically, as long as you're not using it to catapult your partner, sibling, friend, or anyone else, you're using it properly, and keeping it in a place where conditions won't damage it, you can relax knowing your mattress warranty has you covered.

What Does Your Warranty Cover?

The conditions to keep in mind are using a base that supports the mattress's weight evenly and matches its size, a maximum weight of 95 kg per person, and normal temperature and humidity conditions. That means the humidity should be between 50% and 70%, and the ambient temperature between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius.

Generally, your warranty covers any damage or defects that aren't caused by misusing the mattress. Here are some specific cases:


  • Clearly visible sagging on the top surface of the mattress.
  • Any factory defects with the cover (in this case, you'll need to let us know within the first 14 days): torn cover, undone seams.
  • Changes in material properties that cause the mattress to make noise during normal use, alter its firmness, or give off a bad odor.

What Your Warranty Doesn't Cover

Minor imperfections like stains or cover damage caused by normal use aren't included; this also applies to stains, tears, burns, or discoloration that happen over time (after the first 14 days, any stain is considered to be from use); humidity or mold from the environment; normal body impressions on the mattress less than half a centimeter deep (meaning a small, slightly sunken mark is considered normal, not a defect); personal allergies; or normal odors from the mattress materials.

What Does Your Warranty Cover?

  • Generally speaking, our warranty covers any damage or defects not caused by misusing the products. Here are the specific cases: 
  • Repair or replacement of products and parts that are defective or don't match what's shown on our website. 

What Your Warranty Doesn't Cover

  • Defects caused by negligence, impacts, scratches, improper use or handling, incorrect installation, or materials subjected to wear and tear beyond normal use, as well as wear and tear resulting from product use.
  • Repair or replacement of products and parts that are defective or don't match what's shown on our website. 

PILLOW WARRANTY

Morfeo pillows come with a 3-year warranty. Here are the terms and conditions it's subject to:

  • Clearly visible sagging on the top surface of the pillow.
  • Any factory defects with the cover (in this case, you'll need to let us know within the first 15 days): torn cover, undone seams.
  • Changes in material properties that cause the pillow to make noise during normal use, alter its firmness, or give off a bad odor.

What Your Warranty Doesn't Cover

Minor imperfections like stains or cover damage caused by normal use aren't included; this also applies to stains, tears, burns, or discoloration that happen over time (after the first 14 days, any stain is considered to be from use); humidity or mold from the environment; normal impressions; personal allergies; or normal odors from the pillow materials.

HOW TO USE YOUR WARRANTY

What do we need?

It's super easy! If you notice your Morfeo product isn't quite like it was when you bought it, or if you spot any of the issues we mentioned earlier, all we'll need is your purchase invoice. You'll get that when you buy any Morfeo product.

How do I use this warranty?

You can get in touch with us via info@morfeo.com or by calling us at 900 897 123.

If anything's wrong, we'll ask you to send us photos of the affected area and your invoice. With that, we can go ahead and swap out your Morfeo product, or if it's possible, we'll repair it or one of its parts.

The warranty covers pickup and delivery service for the product, right to the same address where you placed your order.
