Hotel mattresses: success story of Miluna, the bubble hotel in Toledo

Miluna Open Nature Rooms is a bubble hotel in Hormigos, a half-hour from Toledo and an hour from Madrid. Its guests sleep in "moons": transparent rooms for spending the night under the stars, away from light pollution. To equip all its rooms, they chose a hotel mattress made in Spain: the H2 SAC by Morfeo.

The challenge: a hotel mattress worthy of the experience

In accommodation that sells a unique experience, the bed has to be up to par. Miluna's moons are rooms designed for couples, so it was key that neither of them noticed the other's movements. And, as in any hotel, the mattress had to withstand the rotation of guests night after night.

The solution: the H2 SAC hotel mattress by Morfeo

Miluna equipped all its rooms with the H2 SAC hotel mattress, the pocket-sprung model from our hotel range:

• Honeycomb pocket springs: motion isolation, so each guest sleeps on their side without noticing the other.
• 50 kg memory foam on both sides: adaptation and comfort on both sides.
• Double-sided: it can be flipped to spread wear over the seasons.
• Flame-retardant fabric by composition, with anti-mite and bactericidal treatment.
• Made in Spain, made to order and in the measurements of each project.

What Miluna thinks of its Morfeo mattress

"Excellent product. Unbeatable value for money and a high level of customer service."

Alejandro Bosch Bruna, founding partner of Miluna

Why pocket springs work in a hotel for couples

In a double room, the mattress determines whether both guests get a good night's sleep. Pocket springs work independently at every point, so one person's movement is not transmitted to the other side of the bed, and they do not make the noise of traditional springs. If your accommodation has mostly single beds and high turnover, the H Compact foam mattress may be a better fit; for premium rooms and 4 and 5-star hotels, there is the ProSuite.
