Warranty
Mattress warranty — 10 years
Morfeo mattresses have a 10-year warranty, because we know that our mattress will last even longer. So you don't have to worry about anything, here we explain what it entails.
Our range of mattresses is designed to be used on bases (upholstered, storage bed, adjustable, slatted bed base, the floor...) capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and the person or people who use it. That is, as long as you don't use it to catapult your partner, brother, friend or another person, use it properly and keep it in a place whose conditions cannot deteriorate it, you can rest assured with your mattress warranty.
Conditions for the warranty to be valid
- Compatible base: a base that supports the weight of the mattress evenly and with the same dimensions as the mattress.
- Maximum weight: 95 kg per person on all our mattresses. If the weight exceeds 100 kg per person, the indicated model is the Morfeo XL Mattress, reinforced for that use.
- Environmental conditions: humidity between 50% and 70% and room temperature between 18 and 22 degrees.
What does your warranty cover?
In general, the warranty covers any defect or malformation that is not derived from misuse of the mattress. We detail the cases:
- Dips greater than 2 cm on the surface of the mattress, not derived from improper use.
- Any manufacturing defect in the cover — torn cover, loose stitching—. In this case you must tell us within the first 14 days.
- Changes in the properties of the materials that cause the mattress to make noise during normal use, change its firmness or give off a bad smell.
What does your warranty not cover?
Not included:
- Minor imperfections such as stains or cover defects caused by use.
- Stains, tears, burns or discoloration that occur over time. It is considered that from the first 14 days any stain may be caused by the use of the mattress.
- Dampness or mold derived from the environment.
- Dips less than 2 cm, which are considered normal wear and tear from use and not a defect.
- Personal allergies.
- Normal odors derived from the materials of the mattress.

What do we need?
It is very simple. If you see that your Morfeo product has changed and is no longer as you bought it, or you detect any of the anomalies described above, we will only need the purchase invoice, which you receive when purchasing any Morfeo product.
How do I process it?
You can contact us at info@morfeo.com or by calling 900 897 123.
In the event of any defect, we will ask you for photos of the affected area and the invoice. With that we can proceed with the exchange of your Morfeo product or, when possible, the repair of it or one of its parts.
