Choosing a mattress in a store isn't very useful
Lying down for five minutes on a display model doesn't tell you how you'll sleep. That's why we let you try your Morfeo mattress where it really matters: in your bed, for 100 nights. If you're not convinced, we'll collect it and refund your money.
How it works
- Buy your mattress at morfeo.com. It will arrive with free shipping on the mainland.
- Try it for up to 100 nights. Your body usually needs a few days to adjust to a new mattress; many customers notice the difference after the first week.
- If you're not convinced, let us know via the returns form, at info@morfeo.com, or on 900 897 123. You can do so from the first night.
- We'll collect it for free from your home and refund the full amount.
Terms and conditions
- The trial covers mattresses in the Morfeo range. It does not include other products in a pack, which have a 14-day return period.
- Atelier and Aurum mattresses do not have a 100-night trial: they have the statutory period of 14 calendar days.
- Due to the size of the mattress, it will be collected by a specialist agency and may take between 18 and 25 business days.
- For orders from the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands, we will refund the full price of the mattress, except for the shipping surcharge to the islands.
And if you keep it, your mattress comes with a 10-year warranty.
