What pillow do I need if I sleep on my side?

The tallest one: the AirHigh®, at 18 cm, fills the gap between your head and shoulder.

What if I sleep on my back or stomach?

On your back, the SojaVisco® (13 cm) or the Calma (12 cm) if you prefer it softer. On your stomach, the Calma, the lowest and softest in the range.

What pillow size should I choose?

The width of your mattress or slightly less: 70 cm for beds from 80 to 105 cm, 90 cm or two 70 cm pillows for double beds. The SojaVisco® is also available in 80 and 105 cm.

Can I return a pillow?

Yes, within 14 days, provided it has not been used.

How long does it take to arrive?

Between 3 and 4 business days.

What height do you need

  • You sleep on your side: the tallest, because it has to fill the gap between your head and shoulder. The AirHigh®, at 18 cm.
  • You sleep on your back: you only need to support the curve of the neck. The SojaVisco®, at 13 cm, or the Calma if you prefer a fluffy feel.
  • You sleep on your stomach: the lower, the better. The Calma is the lowest and softest in the range.
  • You change positions: an intermediate height, the SojaVisco®.

If you are looking for a "cervical pillow", what you need is the right height for your position: that is what supports the curve of the neck.
