Care Tips

  • Removable cover, but not machine washable — The PCM fabric is removable for ventilation but should not be machine washed. For spot cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap without rubbing. Allow to dry completely before reattaching.
  • Mattress Protector — Essential for this model to protect the PCM fabric. Always use a breathable protector to avoid reducing its thermoregulatory effectiveness.
  • Ventilation — Air out the mattress indoors periodically. The PCM fabric and VisCool® foam retain their properties with use and proper ventilation.
  • Rotation — Rotate it 180° (head-to-toe) once a year. There is no need to flip it over.
