MORFEO PRODUCT WARRANTY

You have a 10-year warranty, because we know that our mattress will last even longer. So you don't have to worry about a thing, here's what our warranty covers:


Our range of mattresses is designed for use on bases (upholstered, storage, adjustable, slatted, on the floor, etc.) capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and the person(s) using it. In other words, as long as you don't use it to catapult your partner, sibling, friend, or anyone else, use it properly, and keep it in a place where it won't be damaged, you can rest assured with your mattress warranty.

What does your warranty cover?

The conditions to be taken into account are a base that supports the weight of the mattress evenly and with the same measurements as the mattress, and a maximum weight of 95 kg per person under normal temperature and humidity conditions, i.e.,humiditybetween 50% and 70% and ambienttemperaturebetween 18 and 22 degrees Celsius.

In general, the warranty covers any damage or defect that is not caused by misuse of the mattress. Here are some examples:


  • Clearly visible sagging on the top surface of the mattress.
  • Any manufacturing defect in the cover (in this case, you must notify us within the first 14 days): torn cover, loose stitching.
  • Changes in the properties of the materials that cause the mattress to make noise during normal use, change its firmness, or give off an unpleasant odor.

What is not covered by your warranty?

Minor imperfections such as stains or damage to the cover caused by use are not included; stains, tears, burns, discoloration that occur over time are considered to be caused by use of the mattress after the first 14 days; dampness or mold resulting from the environment; normal body impressions on the mattress of less than half a centimeter, i.e., a small, slightly sunken mark should be considered possible and not a defect; personal allergies; normal odors resulting from the mattress materials.

FURNITURE WARRANTY

Morfeo furniture comes with a 3-year warranty. Below are the terms and conditions to which it is subject:

What does your warranty cover?

  • In general terms, our warranty covers any damage or defect that is not the result of misuse of the products. Here are the details: 
  • Repair or replacement of defective products and parts or those that do not comply with what is published on our website. 

What is not covered by your warranty?

  • Defects caused to products due to negligence, knocks, scratches, improper use or handling, incorrect installation, or materials subject to wear and tear beyond normal use, and wear and tear caused as a result of using the product.
  • Repair or replacement of defective products and parts or those that do not comply with what is published on our website. 

PILLOW WARRANTY

Morfeo pillows come with a 3-year warranty. Below are the terms and conditions to which it is subject:

What does your warranty cover?

  • In general terms, our warranty covers any damage or malformation that is not the result of misuse of the pillow. Here are the details: 
  • Clearly visible indentation on the top surface of the pillow.
  • Any manufacturing defect in the cover (in this case, you must notify us within the first 15 days): torn cover, loose stitching.
  • Changes in the properties of the materials that cause the pillow to make noise during normal use, change its firmness, or give off an unpleasant odor.

What is not covered by your warranty?

Minor imperfections such as stains or damage to the cover caused by use are not included; stains, tears, burns, discoloration that occur over time are considered to be caused by use after the first 14 days; dampness or mold resulting from the environment; normal impressions; personal allergies; normal odors resulting from the pillow materials.

HOW TO MAKE USE OF THE WARRANTY

What would we need?

It's very simple. If you notice that your Morfeo product has changed and is no longer as you purchased it, or if you detect any of the anomalies described above, all we need is the purchase invoice, which you will receive when you buy any Morfeo product.

How to use this warranty?

You can contact us via info@morfeo.com or by calling 900 897 123.

In the event of any damage, we will ask you to send us photos of the affected area and the invoice. This will enable us to replace your Morfeo product or, if possible, repair it or one of its parts.

The warranty includes pickup and delivery service for the product at the same address where the order was placed.
