Return form

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your Morfeo mattress, please fill out the following form. Remember, we recommend that you try it out for at least 30 nights. 

This is because we all need a few days to adjust to a new mattress, especially if we are coming from a latex mattress or other softer mattresses. 

Many of our dreamers have told us that they notice better rest after 7 or 8 days and have started sleeping better than ever.

That said, after 30 days and up to a maximum of 100 days, you are free to return your mattress to us if we still haven't managed to convince you.

We will come and collect it and refund the price you paid for it. There will be no shipping costs or unpleasant surprises (see special case for Islands).

We will refund ALL your money and give you a big hug for trusting us.

Please note that due to their size, the estimated time for collection of these products may be between 18 and 25 business days, as we need to use a specialized agency for collection.
