How will the mattress be delivered to my home?

The mattress arrives rolled up in a box. You just need to leave it for 24 hours so it can return to its natural shape, and then you can enjoy those naps in bed again.

We deliver your mattress to your doorstep using a transport agency such as MRW or DHL.

What are mattresses made of?

Morfeo is composed of a layer of memory foam. For those of us who don't know what this is, this layer is responsible for relieving pressure on our bodies on the mattress, as well as improving our blood circulation while we sleep.

The core is made up of pocketed micro-springs, providing the best adaptability and independence of beds that no other material offers. In fact, experts recommend this type of mattress, especially when sleeping with a partner, because it offers the best independence of beds compared to other mattresses. Innovation is in our DNA, which is why we wanted to incorporate Sanitized fabric that protects against dust mites and bacteria and reduces the viral load that may come into contact with the mattress. It is ISO T99-19 certified. Finally, our exterior materials protect against mites and bacteria, eliminating odors that can result from daily use. The 3D mesh at the base of the mattress ensures better breathability.

Can I wash the mattress cover?

Of course, it has a zipper so you can remove the cover from the Morfeo and Lite mattresses to wash it. The Altus mattress is the only one that does not have a zipper because of the natural fabrics it is made from; the cover cannot be washed.

I have purchased a pack. How will the products be delivered to me?

The products in a pack are shipped separately. The bases and divan beds are transported by a specialized agency that will coordinate the delivery date and time with you. We will send you our mattresses and other products a few days before you receive your base or divan bed so that you can enjoy them all at the same time.

When will I receive the products?

Our mattresses are shipped within 2 to 4 business days after purchase. Delivery to the Balearic Islands takes 6 to 8 days.

If your order includes a divan or upholstered base, it will take between 3-4 weeks. Our specialist agency will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

What is the mattress return process?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your mattress and are unable to adapt to it within a minimum of 30 nights and a maximum of 100 nights, simply call us or send an email to info@morfeo.com and we will come and collect it at no cost to you. We will proceed with the refund within 10-15 business days after collection.

What is the return period for other Morfeo products?

- Bases, bed frames, and furniture – 14 calendar days

Furniture products (bed bases, box springs, headboards, and other furniture) can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

In order to return an item, it must be in its original condition, with no signs of use and with its original packaging intact.

For logistical reasons, the cost of collection will be borne by the customer. The amount will depend on the location and dimensions of the product.

- Accessories and Bedding – 30 calendar days

Accessories, such as pillows, protectors, and bedding, may be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.

To proceed with the return, these products must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.

For hygiene reasons, returns of products that have been used or washed will not be accepted.

Once I receive it at home, what should I do?

It's easier than you think. Just take the mattress out of the box, remove the protective plastic, and place it on a flat surface, preferably on the bed where it will be used. After at least 24 hours (although we recommend 72 hours for optimal results), you can enjoy your first night on the mattress.

What is the maintenance of the mattress?

The materials used in Morfeo mattresses are very high quality and easily recoverable. We simply offer maintenance advice to help your mattress stay in top condition for longer.

Grab it by the handles and rotate it (put the head at the feet and the feet at the head) every time the season changes (do not flip it, as our mattress is one-sided). Otherwise, all you have to do is enjoy it, as it will remain in perfect condition for a very long time.

Can an order be modified?

Where do we ship our mattresses?

Our mattresses are shipped throughout the peninsula, including the Balearic and Canary Islands. We also ship to many countries in the European Union. Please write to us if you need more information about shipping.

Where do we manufacture our mattresses?

All our products are manufactured in Spain using high-quality materials sourced from other countries in the eurozone.

What is the total height and size of the mattress?

The height of the mattress is approximately 26 cm. Please note that the total dimensions may vary between 1% and 2% due to material tolerances and the different machines involved in the manufacturing process. The height is measured from the core of the mattress, the gray part, plus the white top layer.

How does financing my purchase work?

We make it easy for you to enjoy the best night's sleep. When you buy from Morfeo, you get interest-free payments for the first few months and can finance your purchase for up to 36 months.

When selecting your payment method, click on Pepper and you will be able to simulate installments for the number of months you choose. The first 24 months are interest-free. Once you have selected the term, you will need a credit or debit card and your ID to verify that you are the purchaser.

What is the cost of returning the mattress from the Balearic or Canary Islands?

If, for whatever reason, you wish to return your mattress from the Balearic or Canary Islands, we will refund the full price of the mattress, except for the shipping costs.

Do you remove old furniture such as mattresses, bed bases, or storage beds?

Hey, what a timely question! We know that there comes a time when your mattress is no longer up to the task, but don't worry, we're here to help.

If you want to say goodbye to your old bed, hire our collection service and let us do the dirty work. It's that easy! Plus, you can rest assured that we will recycle it responsibly to take care of our planet.

So don't think twice and say goodbye to that old mattress once and for all. First, we will deliver the new products to you, and in a few days, another specialized agency will remove the used ones.

What is the process for removing the old mattress?

So that you don't end up without a mattress to sleep on, first you will receive your brand new Morfeo, and then our agency will call you so that you can tell us when it is most convenient for us to come and collect your old mattress. Please note that you will have to wait 72 hours before you can use your new Morfeo, so arrange for your old mattress to be collected after that time and get ready to sleep like a king on your new Morfeo.

What is the actual color of the product?

You can trust the product images we display on our website. However, it is important to understand that some of our products are unique, with exclusive shades and grain patterns.
