Care Tips

The Nature does not include a removable cover—the organic cotton topper is sewn directly onto the mattress to ensure consistent comfort across the entire surface. That’s why we recommend using a breathable mattress protector from day one.

  • Spot cleaning: Use a damp cloth with mild soap, without rubbing. Never soak the mattress or use harsh chemicals—latex and organic cotton are sensitive to solvents.
  • Mattress protector: a must-have for this model. It protects the organic cotton from stains and moisture and extends the life of the natural latex. Always use a breathable mattress protector so as not to block the mattress’s ventilation.
  • Ventilation: Air out the mattress indoors in a well-ventilated area—never in direct sunlight, as natural latex degrades with prolonged exposure to the sun.
  • Rotation: Rotate it 180° (head-to-foot) once a year to ensure even wear. There is no need to flip it over.
