Purchase Process

The prices of the products offered on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and will always be expressed in euros (€).

Orders placed on theMorfeoWebsite will be governed by the prices offered for each product at the time the order is placed. The applicable prices will be those automatically published during the purchase process in the final stage thereof. TheUserwill always be informed of the final price of the purchase of a product prior to completing the purchase process.

Payment methods

TheUsermay make the payment by selecting one of the payment methods available on the Website (card payment, installment payment, bank transfer payment, PayPal payment). Some payment methods may incur a surcharge on the final price, in which case theUserwill be informed in advance on each occasion.

Specifically, theUsermust take the following into account:

El Usuario es consciente y acepta que el método de pago por transferencia puede implicar un retraso en la entrega del pedido ya que Morfeo no iniciará la preparación del envío hasta haber comprobado que el importe transferido coincide con el importe exacto del pedido. Morfeo no asumirá ningún tipo de coste por posibles comisiones bancarias que sean aplicables por lo que el Usuario deberá asumirá tales comisiones.
• Pago a plazos: el Usuariocuenta con la posibilidad de pagar a plazos el importe de un producto adquirido en el Sitio Web mediante el servicio ofrecido por la plataforma Aplazame (aplazame.com). Este es un servicio ajeno a Morfeo y Morfeo tan solo facilita su contratación a través del Sitio Web. Por lo tanto, el Usuario queda sujeto en todo momento al cumplimiento de las condiciones particulares de este servicio sin que Morfeo intervenga en la contratación ni mantenga responsabilidad alguna derivada de la contratación del mismo por parte del Usuario
• Pago mediante PayPal: el Usuariopuede utilizar la plataforma de PayPal como pasarela de pago del importe del producto adquirido en el Sitio Web. Morfeo no cobrará ningún recargo extra por la utilización de este método de pago.
• Pago compra ahora y paga despues: el Usuario cuenta con la posibilidad de pagar a plazos o de forma diferida el importe de un producto adquirido en el Sitio Web mediante el servicio ofrecido por la plataforma Alma (alma.com). Este es un servicio ajeno a Morfeo y Morfeo tan solo facilita su contratación a través del Sitio Web. Por lo tanto,

Payment by phone using a credit card

El Usuario cuenta con la posibilidad de pagar con tarjeta de crédito a través del teléfono de atención de Morfeo y durante las horas comerciales especificadas en el Sitio Web. Para proceder a la compra, el Usuario deberá indicar los datos de su tarjeta de crédito o débito al agente de Morfeo que le atenderá en la llamada quien introducirá los datos en la pasarela de pago seguro del Banc Sabadell.

Mediante esta modalidad de pago Morfeo garantiza al Usuario que nunca ni manipula ni guarda ningún dato facilitado por el Usuario relativo a su persona o a su medio de pago. Los datos facilitados son directamente introducidos en la pasarela de pago del banco Banc Sabadell. De forma que Morfeo solo realiza un tratamiento transitorio y totalmente transparente, ofreciendo total transparencia, seguridad y confidencialidad al Usuario en todo momento.

Transportation and shipping of products

Transportation of products purchased through the Website is included in the price unless expressly stated otherwise prior to completion of the purchase process. The transportation service offered byMorfeodoes not include any assembly service for products purchased through the Website.

Products purchased before 3:00 p.m. will be delivered via the "Free 1-Day Delivery" service, which consists of delivery to theUser'saddress during the afternoon of the following day, except on weekends and holidays, when delivery will be made on the second day immediately following the last holiday.

What does your warranty cover?

En Morfeo nos comprometemos a ofrecer productos de alta calidad, por lo que nuestra garantía cubre defectos de fabricación y malformaciones anómalas en colchones, bases, canapés y ropa de cama. A continuación, detallamos las condiciones y alcances de nuestra garantía para cada tipo de producto.

1. Garantía de Colchones

Nuestros colchones cuentan con garantía contra defectos de fabricación y deformaciones anómalas. Para que la garantía sea válida, es importante que el colchón se utilice en condiciones adecuadas:

Condiciones para la validez de la garantía:

Base compatible: El colchón debe usarse sobre una base firme y uniforme, con las mismas medidas que el colchón.

Peso máximo recomendado: 95 kg por persona.

Condiciones ambientales: Temperatura ambiente entre 18ºC y 22ºC y humedad entre 50% y 70%.

Rotación periódica: Para un desgaste uniforme, es recomendable girar el colchón cada 3 meses.

Defectos cubiertos por la garantía:

✅ Hundimientos superiores a 2 cm en la superficie del colchón no derivados de un uso indebido.

✅ Desperfectos en la funda debidos a fallos de fabricación (costuras abiertas, roturas en la cremallera, etc.). Deben notificarse en los primeros 14 días tras la recepción del producto.

✅ Fallos estructurales en los materiales internos del colchón que afecten a su funcionalidad.

Exclusiones de la garantía:

❌ Manchas, moho, quemaduras o daños causados por líquidos.

❌ Hundimientos inferiores a 2 cm, ya que se consideran desgaste normal.

❌ Uso del colchón en bases inadecuadas o con un soporte irregular.

❌ Cambios en la firmeza o confort con el tiempo debido a la adaptación del colchón al cuerpo.

2. Garantía de Bases, Canapés y Somieres

Las bases y somieres de Morfeo están diseñados para proporcionar un soporte óptimo a tu colchón. La garantía cubre defectos de fabricación en la estructura y materiales, siempre que el uso haya sido el adecuado.

Defectos cubiertos por la garantía:

✅ Roturas o fallos estructurales en la base o canapé que afecten a su funcionalidad.

✅ Desperfectos en las uniones o mecanismos de elevación en canapés, siempre que no sean por uso indebido.

✅ Defectos en el tapizado o acabados debidos a la fabricación (costuras descosidas, daños en el material, etc.).

Exclusiones de la garantía:

❌ Daños por golpes, caídas o instalación incorrecta.

❌ Uso inadecuado del canapé, como almacenamiento de objetos con exceso de peso en el arcón.

❌ Arañazos, manchas o deterioro estético por uso normal.

❌ Desgaste en bisagras o mecanismos con el tiempo debido al uso continuo.

3. Garantía de Ropa de Cama y Accesorios

Los productos de ropa de cama y accesorios (almohadas, fundas, protectores, sábanas, etc.) cuentan con garantía por defectos de fabricación.

Defectos cubiertos por la garantía:

✅ Costuras defectuosas o desgarros en la tela que no sean consecuencia del uso.

✅ Fallos en cremalleras o botones debido a defectos de fabricación.

Exclusiones de la garantía:

❌ Desgaste normal por el uso y lavado.

❌ Manchas, decoloración o daños por lavado incorrecto.

❌ Productos usados o lavados, por razones de higiene.

4. Cómo Solicitar la Garantía

Si detectas un problema cubierto por la garantía, sigue estos pasos:

2️⃣ Adjunta fotografías o vídeos donde se observe claramente el defecto.

Return Policy

At Morfeo, we want our customers to have the best possible experience with our products. That's why we offer different return policies depending on the category of the product purchased. Below, we detail the conditions applicable to each type of product:

1. Mattresses – 100-Night Trial

Ofrecemos una prueba mínima recomendada de 30 noches y hasta 100 noches para asegurarte de que el colchón es adecuado para ti.

If you decide to return it after this period, we will refund the full amount of the mattress.

Returns are free of charge and will be handled by our collection service.

2. Bases, Somieres y Mobiliario – Plazo de 15 Días naturales

Los productos de mobiliario (bases, somieres, cabeceros y otros muebles) tienen un plazo de devolución de 15 días naturales desde la recepción del pedido.

In order to return an item, it must be in its original condition, with no signs of use and with its original packaging intact.

3. Accessories and Bedding – 30-day period

Los accesorios, como almohadas, protectores y ropa de cama, pueden devolverse en un plazo de 30 días desde la recepción del pedido.

To proceed with the return, these products must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.

For hygiene reasons, returns of products that have been used or washed will not be accepted.
