Refund Policy

At Morfeo, we want our customers to have the best possible experience with our products. That's why we offer different return policies depending on the category of the product purchased. Below, we detail the conditions applicable to each type of product:

1. Mattresses – 100-Night Trial

  • We offer arecommended minimum trial period of 30 nights and up to 100 nightstoensure that the mattress is right for you.

  • If you decide to return it after this period, we will refund the full amount of the mattress.

  • The mattress must be ingood condition, with no obvious damage or stains.

  • Returns are free of charge and will be handled by our collection service.

2. Bases, Bed Frames, and Furniture – 14-day period

  • Furniture products (bed bases, box springs, headboards, and other furniture)can be returned within 14calendardays of receiving the order.

  • In order to return the product, it must bein its original condition, with no signs of use and with its original packaging intact.

  • Just so you know, due to logistics, the customer will cover the collection cost. The exact amount will depend on where you are and the size of the product.

3. Accessories and Bedding – 30-day period

  • Accessories, such as pillows, protectors, and bedding, may be returned within30 calendar days of receiving the order.

  • To proceed with the return, these products must beunused and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Just a heads-up: for hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns for products that have been used or washed.

4. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service teamvia[email / contact form] indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will provide youwith instructions for collecting or shipping the product, as well as the associated cost, if applicable.

  3. Once we have received and verified the product in our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund within5 to 10 business days.

5. Exceptions and Refusal of Returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that show signs of use, dirt, stains, or damage caused by improper use.

  • Customized or made-to-order products, except for manufacturing defects.

  • Accessories or bedding that have been opened and used.
