The first delivery arrived with the box completely broken during transport. I complained and it was returned by another transport agency. Today, two weeks later, I am still waiting for the mattress. I can't give my opinion, but I can't give a better rating either, because Morfeo only responds when I call or send emails. Nothing on their own initiative. I am adding a comment: my mattress finally arrived, and I have to say that it is what I was looking for, a medium-firm mattress that is not too hard and, for now, gives me the quality of rest I needed.
Extra note: the pillows are worth it.
