Why choose a 180x200 ottoman bed (a king-size option)?

Does the 180x200 size have to match your mattress exactly?
Yep! For firm support and no gaps, your ottoman bed and mattress should both be 180x200. Mixing it with other sizes (like 180x190 or 200x200) could lead to an improper fit, instability, or your mattress sticking out.
Are the ottoman bed's measurements exact, or can there be some wiggle room?
With upholstered furniture, it's normal to have a manufacturing tolerance of ±1–2 cm in length and/or width. This slight variation won't affect compatibility with 180x200 mattresses or how the lift-up top works.
How much space should I leave around it to move freely and open the lid?
To move around comfortably, make sure to leave at least 60 cm free on each side and 70–80 cm at the foot of the ottoman bed. With these distances, you'll be able to open the front lid without any hassle and keep your bedroom feeling spacious.
What will the total height of the bed be once I add my mattress?
It'll depend on the height of the ottoman bed + the height of your mattress. As a guide, a 35 cm ottoman bed combined with a 28 cm mattress gives you a total height of approximately 63 cm. That's comfy for sitting and looks balanced next to most bedside tables.
How is a 180x200 ottoman bed delivered? Will it fit through stairs and doors?
