Absolutely! It has a zipper so you can easily remove the Morfeo and Lite mattress covers for washing. The Altus mattress is the only one without a zipper because of its natural fabrics, so that cover can't be washed.

Products in a pack are shipped separately. Bases and bed frames are transported by a specialized agency that will coordinate the delivery day and time with you. We'll send your mattresses and other products a few days before you receive your base or bed frame so you can enjoy everything all at once.

Our mattresses are shipped within 2 to 4 business days after purchase. Delivery to the Balearic Islands takes 6 to 8 days.
If your order includes a divan or an upholstered bed base, delivery will take 3 to 4 weeks; our specialized agency will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

In the rare event that you're not happy with your mattress and can't get used to it within a minimum of 30 nights and a maximum of 100 nights, just give us a call or send an email to info@morfeo.com. We'll come pick it up at no cost to you. We'll process your refund within 10-15 business days after pickup.

- Bases, Bed Frames, and Furniture – 14 Calendar Days Return Period

Furniture items (beds, box springs, headboards, and other furniture) may be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, show no signs of use, and be in its original, undamaged packaging. For logistical reasons, the customer is responsible for the cost of pickup. The amount will depend on the location and dimensions of the product.

- Accessories and Bedding – 30 Calendar Days Return Period

Accessories, such as pillows, protectors, and bedding, may be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, these items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or washed.

It's way easier than you think! Just take the mattress out of its box, remove the protective plastic, and lay it flat – ideally right on the bed where you'll be using it. After at least 24 hours (though we really recommend 72 for best results), you'll be all set to enjoy your first night on your new mattress.

The materials used in the Morfeo mattress are of the highest quality and recover easily. We simply offer a maintenance tip to help keep your mattress in top condition for longer.
Lift it by the handles and rotate it (flip it so the head end is at the foot end and vice versa) every time the season changes. (Do not flip the mattress over, as it is designed to be used on one side only.) Otherwise, all you have to do is enjoy it, as it will remain in perfect condition for a very long time.

All our products are made right here in Spain, using high-quality materials sourced from other Eurozone countries.

The mattress is approximately 26 cm thick. Please note that the overall dimensions may vary by 1% to 2% due to material tolerances and the different machines used in the manufacturing process. The thickness is measured from the mattress core (the gray part) plus the white top layer.

We make it easy for you to enjoy the best night’s sleep. When you shop at Morfeo, the first few months are interest-free, and you can finance your purchase for up to 36 months.
When you select your payment method, click on Pepper, where you can simulate your monthly payments for the term you choose—the first 24 months are interest-free. Once you’ve selected the term, you’ll need a credit or debit card and your ID to verify that you’re the purchaser.

If, for some reason, you decide to return your mattress from the Balearic or Canary Islands, we'll refund the full price of the mattress, minus the shipping surcharge.
