Does the sofa bed or base need to be assembled?

Yes, they require assembly, but we will assemble them for you.


How are the packs shipped if the divan/base and mattress are sent by different agencies?

To speed up delivery, we ship each component separately, each with its own specialized carrier and tracking number. It is normal for them to arrive on different days.
