No, assembly service isn't included. But don't worry, installation is super easy: you can hang it with the hardware we send or just lean it against the wall.

What's it made of?

The inside is wood and the outside is upholstered.

Do I need to fix it to the wall?

It's not a must. You can just lean it against the wall, but for extra safety and stability (especially if you have kids or pets around), we recommend anchoring it to the wall with the included hardware.
